Supercharging Google Spreadsheets with Add-Ons & Tips for Users |
|
|
You may have been doing spreadsheets for years. You may have used Google Sheets, Excel, OpenOffice Calc, etc. and found they mostly worked the same. That is true, but there are few neat features in Google Sheets that have made me a big fan. Of course there is the great ability to collaborate with others by using the big blue sharing button and that alone makes them extremely useful. But in this Webinar, I would like to demonstrate some of the other features that will supercharge your Google Sheets.
- Add-Ons are little user created tools that work within Google Sheets to give you many additional features
- Session will explore a number of my favorites
- Although Google Sheets and Excel share many functions, Google Sheets has a few unique functions that can do amazing things.
- Many deal with HTML and website scrapping, linking, etc.
- Others deal with Images, including one especially neat formula to create QR codes automatically from a list of website addresses.
Please note-- if you have had experience with Spreadsheets most of the concepts covered will be easy to grasp, but if you are a newcomer to Spreadsheets you may want to first watch my other Spreadsheet Webinars-
- Spreadsheets 101 - which covers basics starting from square one (no from actually cell one!)
- Spreadsheets 102 - which focuses on Functions & Formulas, Special Cell References and working with both numbers and text.
